Covid 19 Information :

  •  We ask all visitors to the Practice who have downloaded the NHS Covid 19  App to their smartphone ensure they check in on arrival. The QR Code can be found on the Entrance Door or outside the Reception Hatch at the top of the stairs.  All patients/visitors who do not have the NHS Covid 19 App, will be asked to complete a paper form instead.
  • In order to keep yourselves safe and adhere with social distancing measures, our patient flows will be drastically reduced.  We ask that you DO NOT attend the Practice without a booked appointment.
  • Please ensure you press the SILVER intercom buzzer on arrival to alert the Receptionist you are outside for your appointment.
